Casual Administrative Assistant

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for Casual Administrative Assistants Casuals are called in as required when a permanent employee is absent. Individuals work flexible assignments to support the operational needs of schools in various locations throughout our division. These individuals ensure the students "come first" and have the support they need to create a positive, friendly and safe learning environment. Salary Details : In Accordance with the CUPE 4784 Collective Agreement Contact Details : Donna Court, Receptionist donna.court@gssd.ca (306) 786-5500 The duties of an Administrative Assistant are to : Providing clerical assistance to the school. Working collaboratively as a team member, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Other duties as outlined on our website in Job Description - Administrative Assistant The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications : Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent training / experience with strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must have patience and compassion and enjoy working with children to create a fun, positive, safe learning environment. Interviews will be conducted upon application.
