We are a family-owned dealership under new management, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, team-focused workplace. Our used car lot is an important part of our business, and were looking for a motivated and organized Lot Manager to help keep operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

As Lot Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our used car lot from managing vehicle inventory to coordinating reconditioning and keeping the lot organized and customer-ready. No prior dealership experience is required were happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and organize all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Coordinate inspections, detailing, and reconditioning so vehicles are ready for sale.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized lot appearance.
• Ensure all vehicles are fueled, clean, and ready for test drives.
• Work with vendors (detailers, transporters, etc.) and help lead lot attendants or porters.
• Assist sales and management staff with vehicle preparation and paperwork.
• Manage keys, dealer plates, and ensure lot safety and security.

What Were Looking For

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and be hands-on.
• Ability to lead and work well in a team environment.
• Valid drivers license
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn (training provided).
