Summary

Experienced SuccessFactors ESM Implementation Consultant responsible for leading client workshops and supporting the implementation of an enterprise service management (ESM) landscape, with strong functional expertise in SAP C4C and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather and analyze client requirements related to SAP C4C and Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP C4C and ESM modules.

Configure and customize ESM integration points.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and functional consultants to ensure seamless integration with ESM and backend systems.

Develop and present solution designs, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.

Provide best practices and guidance for service operations, customer engagement, and ESM.

Support data migration, testing, training, and change management activities.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience with SAP C4C (Service / Sales), including at least one full lifecycle implementation involving SAP ESM.

Strong knowledge of SAP C4C functionalities (service tickets, customer management, workflows, integrations).

Proven experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in client-facing environments.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Strong interpersonal and client management skills.

Familiarity with integration to S / 4HANA or ECC and understanding of service business processes.

Experience in agile or hybrid project environments (asset).
