The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about adventure, leadership, and creating unforgettable experiences on the water? The Adventure Group is seeking a Rafting Guide to lead adrenaline-filled rafting tours through the stunning rivers of Whistler and Squamish this summer.

Wage and perks:
- Pay Range: $27.50–$28.85/hour (depending on experience) PLUS opportunities to earn guest tips.

What You Bring to the Raft
- 3–5 years of experience as a senior whitewater rafting instructor and/or trip leader
- Swift Water Rescue Technician Certification
- BC River Outfitters Association guide license (or equivalent)
- First Aid Certification (minimum 16-hour; 80-hour preferred)
- Strong ability to assess river conditions and lead groups safely
- Whitewater kayaking skills (asset)
- Class 4 commercial driver’s license (asset)
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages an asset)

- Work with an awesome team of adventure pros who’ve got your back both on and off the water.
- Share your love for nature—teach guests about local history, wildlife, and river culture along the way.
- Get hands-on with gear setup, maintenance, and post-trip clean-up—because every great trip starts with great prep.
- Create epic memories that guests will be talking about long after their Whistler trip.
- Bring the fun—lead with positivity, kindness, and teamwork to embody The Adventure Group spirit.
