Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Bilingual Communications Advisor is responsible for executing internal and external communications strategies in both English and French, aimed at promoting EBC, its mission, vision, values and achievements. The Communications Advisor provides communication support to the company's managers and is responsible for the development and updating of communication tools (website, intranet, internal and external publications, posters, social networks, etc.). The successful candidate will ensure that communications are standardized in order to promote the spread of EBC's image while working in close collaboration with the project and corporate teams.
Responsibilities :
- Write content that will enhance the value of the company, its achievements and its teams;
- Ensure the updating of the company's Intranet and website;
- Develop certain communication tools such as newsletters, internal promotional emails, dynamic forms;
- Participate in the development of the digital strategy and be the project manager;
- Gather internal communication needs and collaborate in the development of strategies that promote belonging;
- Ensure that EBC's image is consistent and that awareness is maximized based on objectives;
- Actively participate in the promotion of EBC's achievements;
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers (e.g., graphic designers, translators) to respond to requests;
- Propose, design and adapt promotional tools, including the EBC online store, while coordinating purchases and their use;
- Coordinate events that will help promote internal communication or promote EBC;
- Advise the Director of Communications on potential improvements to the company's internal and external communication;
- Participate in the development of communication plans and the measurement of its indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communication or related field;Minimum of 8 years' of experience in a similar role;Must have an excellent command of French and English, both oral and written;In-depth knowledge of social media, digital strategies and their management;In-depth knowledge of Office suite software;Knowledge of the web environment and SEO techniques;Technical skills in the production of communications equipment;Available for occasional stays in the Montreal area.The ideal profile of the next Bilingual Communications Advisor :
