Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Windsor / LaSalle (Essex County, ON)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Windsor - Essex County, ON . Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance while ensuring clients' comfort and dignity.
Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Prepare and cook meals according to clients' dietary needs.
Offer companionship and engaging conversation to enhance clients' well-being.

Preferred Candidates

PSWs (Personal Support Workers), RPNs (Registered Practical Nurses), RNs (Registered Nurses), or individuals with a background in healthcare or home care.

Minimum one year of caregiving or personal care experience is required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

A PSW Certificate is required.

Must complete a criminal background check.

Must provide two professional references.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

A vulnerable sector check and a 2-step TB test may be required.
