Primary Objective of the Position:

Manage daily inventory control, storage, and shipping of maintenance materials at YVR.

Essential Position Functions:

• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests for parts and materials.
• Issue parts and tooling from the maintenance database; reconcile stock as needed.
• Handle shipping and receiving of maintenance commodities to and from Cargojet bases.
• Deliver parts and tooling to repair shops and aircraft at various airport locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and shelf life of parts and tools.
• Perform other duties incidental to the position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience related to parts, warehousing, or material handling.
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and manage schedules effectively.
• Mathematical aptitude required.
• Proficient in data entry and intermediate skills with MS Outlook; basic skills with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs. and maneuver/ balance a 350 lb. main wheel.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for a valid Driver’s Airside Pass.
• Experience with aviation parts is a plus.
