Salary : $65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements :
- College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in IT, or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 2–3 technician
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-centric focus for internal help
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Active Directory, GPO, SQL, and IIS
- Basic understanding of enterprise networking principles
- Experience with Active Directory management
- Proficient in using Windows 10 and 11 workstations
- Knowledge of print server systems
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of both physical and virtual servers using VMWare (vSphere and vCenter)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Radius)
- Knowledge of HP desktops and servers is a plus
- Awareness of VMWare Horizon for desktop virtualization is an advantage
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Functional proficiency in English for basic communication requirements
- Valid drivers license is mandatory
