What can you expect?

Sunshine Village is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic food and beverage team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to guests in our restaurants and during banquet events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. Bartenders work under the supervision of the F&B Supervisor and Manager, or designate, and closely with all culinary and distribution departments at Sunshine.

• Drink Preparation and Service :
• Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and efficiency.
• Creating and suggesting innovative cocktails and drink specials, ensuring they align with guest preferences and seasonal trends.
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar, including inventory management of spirits, garnishes, and supplies.
• Guest Interaction :

Providing outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, and equipment.

Adhering to all local and provincial alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible serving practices.

Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities

Timely and accurate incident and deficiencies reporting.

Completing all training documentation.

May assist with ordering supplies and monitoring inventory.

Other duties may be requested and assigned from time to time.
