BEHAVIOUR INTERVENTIONIST

• Serve as a vital multidisciplinary team member reporting to the Director of Learning Support Services to support students with complex needs.
• Provide tailored 1 : 1 and group-based academic and behavioural support specific to student profiles.
• Co‑design and execute skill acquisition programs, response plans, and safety plans that prioritize student well‑being.
• Assist students with anxiety, ADHD, and trauma in developing practical tools for self‑management and social growth.
• Systematically collect and analyze student data to ensure interventions remain outcomes‑driven and evidence‑based.
• Implement proactive approaches with the school team to build student independence and resilience in the classroom.
• A minimum of six months experience as a Behaviour Interventionist, supervised by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
