What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Assist customers inside and outside a center with products and services
  • Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
  • Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
  • Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
  • Participate in ongoing education through the employer's training programs
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment with safety precautions
  • Availability to participate in continuous education and training
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance
  • Interest in obtaining certifications for propane filling and forklift operation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
