• Welcome each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and assist guests whenever needed
• Share menu knowledge confidently and make informed recommendations about food and beverage offerings
• Guide guests through their dining experience by presenting courses thoughtfully, explaining menu items, and ensuring each dish and beverage is enjoyed to its fullest
• Utilize seat-specific ordering to ensure accurate delivery of food and prevent auctioning at the table
• Enter information accurately and clearly into the POS system to ensure smooth communication with the back-of-house team
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned sections throughout the shift
• Adhere strictly to all food safety standards and procedures
• Anticipate and accommodate special requests, celebrations, food preferences, and guest allergies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
