What You’ll Be Doing * Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in person * Collect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next steps * Present treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarity * Review contracts and payment plans with new patients and their families * Coordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiries * Handle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete * Conduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments * Prepare letters for doctors and collect required signatures * Support the front desk team as needed * Other administrative or patient care duties as required What We’re Looking For * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel at ease * A natural flair for customer service and building relationships * Sales experience is preferred—you’re confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisions * Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment * Positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset * Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not required Monday to Thursday with 2 days at Bolton and 2 days at Woodbridge!
