What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely application of cash receipts and processing of accounts payable payments.
  • Managing aged and disputed invoices, collaborating with customers to resolve issues and expedite payment.
  • Participating in regular assessments of customer credit limits, contributing to informed decisions on blocking or releasing sales orders based on risk analysis.
  • Contributing to initiatives for process automation within the finance department to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Supporting the SSC Assistant Manager and team members on advanced finance-related tasks, including data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
  • Maintaining precise financial records in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Supporting the team with other finance-related tasks as needed.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable processes, with a track record of handling complex financial transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, experience with Epicor-CMS system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and automotive industry is a plus.
