Sales Representative

We are a marketing agency specializing in working with dental practices, offering services such as Website Design, Google Ads, Facebook Management, and more. Our goal is to help clients attract high-quality patients through tailored marketing campaigns.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their marketing needs.

Job Details

  • Job Type : Permanent, Full-time
  • Salary : $60,000–$70,000 a year
  • Hours : 40 per week.
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday
  • Location : Mississauga (Onsite)
  • Proposed Resumption date : October 21st, 2024
  • Commission on sales up to 50% + recurring revenue up to 2.5%
  • Salary (OTE - 100K to 200K)
  • Travel is included, between 10 – 16 weeks a year

Duties And Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for generating leads
  • Engaging with potential clients, and
  • Promoting our marketing services to dental practices.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Keep abreast of the best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Qualifications, Requirements and Skills.

  • College or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in both oral and written communication.
  • Results-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing (preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Public speaking is a plus!.
