Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high-impact teams, we deliver the expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy ’s success.

A day in the life of a Loan Document Specialist :

• Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
• Manages / action requests for title search on property.
• Manages / action requests for property value confirmation.
• Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches.
• Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and / or Manager for review.
• Adhere to policy / procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.
• Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded.
• Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.
• Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes.
