• Understands the challenge of High Velocity Mass Customization (HVMC)
• Can zoom out to see the whole systemand then zoom in to fix whats broken
• Believes in clear procedures, trained leaders, and accountability
• Can influence change from both the top down and the bottom up

Youll work closely with production management, R&D, engineeringwhoever you need to make improvements stick. Your success will be measured in the development of strong processes, identifying opportunities to streamline for greater efficiency, reduced NCRs, and making an impact felt across the entire organization.
