Business Analyst
University or Community College Degree in either Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent) responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, workflow design, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols and clinical guidelines. This involves assessing order sets and making data-driven recommendations to enhance the clinical workflow.
Additionally, the ability to map and optimize the processes around the implementation and management of order sets is key to ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the clinical workflow and improve patient care outcomes.
Leadership experience on clinical information solution implementation project(s) leading teams through all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (design, build, test, deploy).
Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading teams supporting more than one project stream / activity at a time.
Lead experience in management of healthcare initiatives with a specific focus on CIS implementation and / or clinical standardization.
Experience as a regulated health care provider with experience in the use or development of order and order sets in an operational role.
Demonstrated expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment.
Knowledge of the JIRA platform for issue and project task management.Verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both French and English is strongly preferred.
Previous experience working within public health authorities, showcasing a strong understanding of the public healthcare landscape, policies, and practices.
Note : Remote work is allowed however, proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration.
