Project Manager (Web and App)

We are currently seeking a Project Manager Web and App) to lead plan and execute a variety of digital projects ranging from website and app builds to martech platform implementations and journey / automation builds to ongoing campaign execution. As a Project Manager you will be a key point of contact for our clients and lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts ensuring that we deliver exceptional work to our clients on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects end-to-end from discovery and solutioning to technical development and implementation.
• Structure and maintain project timelines; track deliverables efficiently.
• Manage to the project budget and Statement of Work. Contribute to the development of both.
• Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies. Propose solutions to address identified risks and ensure escalations are raised appropriately.
• Communicate proactively with account leadership about project timelines and updates new client requests and change requests.
• Manage peer-level client relationships as the primary client contact for all project inquiries and needs
• Contribute to an environment that fosters innovation problem solving and knowledge sharing
• Lead the execution of QA and testing plans; actively participate in testing.

Skills and Experience

We are located in Liberty Village Toronto. This is a hybrid role and we are in-office 3 days a week.
