As a Manager , you are responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, managing teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely services. You act as a key liaison between clients and the firm, contribute to strategic planning and process improvement, and support business development efforts. This role also plays a critical part in mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative team environment, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and review audit, tax, and advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with standards, and effective risk management.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and identifying opportunities to add value.
• Lead and support the growth of Senior Accountants and CPA students, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Lead internal training sessions and contribute to performance management and team development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting, tax, and assurance matters, staying up to date with evolving standards and reviewing high-risk files before Partner sign-off.
• Support budgeting and resource planning while contributing to firm-wide initiatives such as process improvements, technology integration, and business development.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
