The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated student to support our project teams through hands-on coordination work for the 2026 summer period. This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to both office and site environments. You will assist with organizing project documentation supporting field teams and contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects.

What youll do

Responsibilities

• Support the project team with day to day coordination tasks.
• Assist with preparing organizing and updating project documents and reports.
• Help track project timelines deliverables and progress updates.
• Communicate with subcontractors suppliers and internal team members.
• Participate in meetings and record action items and follow ups.
• Assist with quality checks site documentation and safety processes when on site.
• Support material tracking scheduling and basic project administration.
• Help maintain organized digital and physical project files.
• Provide general support to both the office and site teams as required.
