We are currently seeking to hire an Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team!

As an Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) with an industry leader, you are responsible for driving Business-To-Business sales growth with your assigned Accounts. You will meet regular sales goals, drive sales programs and promotions, and have fun!

Responsibilities :

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities :

Business-to-Business Inside Sales with outbound telephone prospecting.

Grow our business by presenting new and existing products to our current customers.

Determine customer needs by analyzing market demographics, past history, and customer goals.

Build relationships with customers and provide world class service.

Develop strategies and ideas to exceed your sales goals.

Experience, Competencies, and Education :

BA / BS preferred, with a minimum of two (2) years of successful Inside Sales Business-To-Business experience.

Good organizational skills working with multiple projects and deadlines.

Ability to work independently and think strategically.

Experience in working with state of the art technology and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Customer focus and dedication to a mutually successful relationship.

Must be comfortable and confident in a professional, dynamic, innovative setting.
