AI Intern Applied Artificial Intelligence & Workflow Automation

• Build & deploy internal AI tools to support HR safety project controls and admin processes
• Develop AI-powered automations to reduce manual work & streamline communication
• Create internal chatbots or retrieval systems for policies manuals & documentation
• Assist teams in implementing AI solutions in day-to-day operations
• Research AI use-cases that deliver measurable value in construction & heavy civil environments
• Prototype tools using Python APIs automation platforms (Zapier/PowerAutomate/etc.)
• Evaluate LLMs compare tools run small pilots & present findings to leadership

What You Bring

• Experience with AI/ML prompt engineering or LLM applications
• Python data handling or automation experience (nice to have)
• Understanding of machine learning workflows or cloud tools
• Familiarity with ChatGPT Claude Gemini API integration or RAG systems

• Curiosity initiative you like solving problems
• Ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical people
• Strong written/verbal communication
• Desire to build real tools with real impact not just theoretical work
