Word of warning - This role is a hybrid style role with 60% of your time is geared towardsstrategy, consultation, analysis, forecasting and modelling around acquisitions and raisingcapital. 40% of your time will be reviewing day to day accounting, reporting, and closings - working with an outside accounting / bookkeeping firm taking care of the day to day accounting.

You are an entrepreneurial minded self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment,have excellent interpersonal skills, are detail oriented, possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a strong foundation in finance and accounting.

What Youll Do

  • Own financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for monthly, annual, and long-term horizons.
  • Support high-stakes initiatives like Series A funding and investor relations, managing due diligence processes and data rooms.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models to drive decisions in existing and new markets.
  • Partner with third-party accountants to ensure seamless financial reporting.
  • Take on ad-hoc strategic projects that shape the companys trajectory.

    • Qualifications :

  • A CPA with a strong academic foundation in Finance or Accounting.
  • An Excel wizard, adept at crafting dynamic financial models and presenting insights.
  • Self-reliant, organized, and comfortable navigating a hybrid, mostly remote work environment.
  • A natural communicator who thrives in collaborative teams but isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Passionate about cleanTech and eager to contribute beyond finance.
