Job Description :

The Performance Specialist will work within the Havas Performance team with the opportunity to own a 360-paid social and search process for an exciting portfolio of clients. The desired candidate for this role must have over 1 year of experience in paid social and / or search media planning and buying, thrive in a team-centric environment, and be comfortable communicating with internal teams and external clients.

A dynamic day for a Performance Specialist could entail making recommendations on the ideal buying platform(s) for a campaign, strategic targeting refinement, optimizing campaigns based on performance, and providing informed insights and recommendations based on campaign performance. As a specialist on the Performance team, you will be supported by senior members of the team and have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the digital, planning, and measurement teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Work collaboratively with planning teams and clients to address the day-to-day functions of the role
  • Create, manage, and execute Paid Social and Search campaigns to deliver to client’s objectives
  • Analyze results and trends to make optimizations and recommendations to client’s campaigns
  • Construct high-quality insights and actionable recommendations speaking to Paid Social and Search campaign performance
  • Ensure your campaigns are spent and scheduled at an appropriate pace and take full responsibility for media spending on behalf of your clients
  • Ability to effectively communicate strategic plans and earned results to internal and external teams
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments across the digital landscape

Key Skills :

  • Experience buying across self-serve Paid Social and Search platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and SA360)
  • Proactive, self-starter & team player
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Impeccable ability for time management and task prioritization
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, PPT)
