Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Project Sales Representative onsite / job site with our Homes by Lake Country location near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. As a Project Sales Representative, you will serve as the key contact for customers undertaking residential or commercial construction, renovation, or custom build projects. Your focus will be to understand client needs, provide expert product, and project advice, prepare accurate material takeoffs and quotes, and drive sales growth by ensuring seamless customer experience from planning through project completion.

What You Will Do :

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with the Site Team Leader in initiating, developing, and implementing plans, policies, and innovations that will ensure sales growth in multiple product categories.
• Coordinate with the Site Leader, Construction Leader, and Installation Leader to ensure timely fulfillment of project orders.
• Achieve budgeted goals through pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory control in each product category.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with contractor, builders, and customers.
• Conduct project consultations to determine customer needs and offer product and service solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed and competitive quotes, material takeoffs, and project packages using estimating software and in-store tools.
• Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials, home improvement trends, and building code requirements.
• Assist with in-store merchandising and promotional campaigns related to project materials and services.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements.
• Actively collaborate with leaders in the (HABS) business unit and in community events in the Prince Albert area.

Who You Will Work With : Reporting to the Director, Home and Building Solutions, you will work closely with a variety of internal and external partners to ensure a successful customer experience and project execution. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to support both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
