Job descriptionNo degree, certificate or diploma 1 year to less than 2 years Fruit and vegetable combination farming Hot Noisy Cultivate on vertical farming system Greenhouse cleaning Level earth to fine grade specifications Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts Tie and secure plants Co‑ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio‑security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations Maintain work records and logs Hire and train staff Perform general farm duties Cut horticultural crops Supervision : More than 20 people Type of crops : Cucumbers Area of specialization : Agricultural crop service Fast‑paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Physically demanding Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Large workload Steel‑toed safety boots Group insurance benefits Mid‑Senior level Full‑time Other Farming
