System Design Specialist

Marketers on Demand is looking to recruit an experienced  Systems Design Specialist  for a great client of ours in the GTA. This position will be responsible for supporting and executing a variety of tasks such as working with system development life cycles and the development in software based system applications. This role is a contract position that runs for one year (to start) with a competitive salary and the chance to partner with an industry leader.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Develop and define system design features to meet Customer requirements
• Perform signaling design, analysis, modelling and simulation
• Develop block design, interlocking control tables, and application database for Software subsystems
• Analyze and evaluate system performance and prepare associated technical contract deliverables
• Analyze and evaluate designs to verify compliance with system technical requirements
• Work in cross functional environment with a variety of stakeholders
• Performs technical / engineering tasks to define, application databases for software subsystems
