Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop the Canadian BDR Team : Own the strategy, operations, and day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive integrated revenue growth and execute high-impact sales strategies.
  • Drive Lead Generation & Pipeline Development : Spearhead outbound lead generation efforts across multiple channels (cold calling, email, SMS, social media) to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Promote WellnessLiving’s Value Proposition : Effectively communicate our unique offering and generate excitement about product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Set and Track Team Targets : Establish performance goals and quotas, leveraging data-driven insights, market research, and industry trends to drive success.
  • Mentor and Coach Your Team : Provide ongoing coaching and support to help your team excel, while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and Analyze Team Performance : Track key metrics and analyze trends to ensure the team is meeting targets and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead by Example : As a hands-on leader, you will lead by example, demonstrating best-in-class cold calling techniques and prospecting strategies to inspire your team.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years in a sales development, BDR, or lead gen role, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • A strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams, with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance. You are known for your ability to lead with empathy and develop others’ skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen desire to continuously improve processes and results. You actively seek feedback and are passionate about career development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales processes and trends is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of how technology can impact business growth.
  • You have demonstrated success in driving measurable sales results and thrive in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Stonly platforms is a plus.
