Facility Engineering Projects (FEP) Data Coordinator

About this opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Facility Engineering Projects Coordination, the Facility Engineering Projects (FEP) Data Coordinator serves as the subject matter expert on the data that underpins our work processes in CTCHO. This role manages and enhances Spotfire dashboards, develops new data tools, KPIs, and translates data into actionable insights for stakeholders across CTCHO. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders to drive accountability, advance projects, and continuously improve our work processes.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and enhance existing Spotfire reporting dashboards and KPIs.
• Work with stakeholders to develop new data tools, visualizations and KPIs to support decision‑making and process health.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and / or a keen interest in growing data capabilities.
• Lead and support initiatives that span multiple teams and departments in CTCHO.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders (e.g., Facility Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Construction).
• Influence and guide teams toward actionable solutions using the data and dashboards.
• Design and implement efficient work processes and workflows.
• Write clear, concise documentation and communications to support adoption and sustainment of processes / tools.
• Facilitate workshops or working sessions to align stakeholders and close process gaps.
