About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will :

• Build great connections by working closely with our Haulage and Land Application teams, clients, and internal departments to keep communication flowing and projects running smoothly.
• Keep projects on track by helping plan, organize, and document key details.
• Coordinate and share updates, making sure teams, managers, and departments like Finance and HR have what they need.
• Spot and solve challenges flagging scheduling issues, process changes, or project concerns early, and help find solutions that keep everything moving forward.
• Be the go‑to support handling key admin tasks, troubleshoot field or haulage team needs, and assist with safety training and record‑keeping.
• Help plan and maintain quality to support resource planning and ensure projects meet our performance goals and client expectations.
