Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Process Improvement Office team. The successful candidate will lead transformative healthcare projects enabling partner organizations and delivering centralized project functions.

This is a fulltime remote position (within Canada only).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans manage budgets and lead multifunctional teams to achieve strategic healthcare goals.
  • Manage and implement changes to healthcare services in collaboration with clinical stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Oversee healthcare system analysis and redesign including surgical process flows intake and governance activities.
  • Implement upgrade or operate Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering systems.
  • Lead largescale transformational projects including organizational and service redesign initiatives.
  • Manage electronic lab or medical results reporting solutions ensuring integration with lab systems.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Education :
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

  • ProSci Change Management certification.
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP).

  • Program Management certification.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Project Management : 10 years managing complex projects including budget oversight and team leadership.
  • Healthcare Change Management : 8 years managing changes to healthcare services including collaborating with clinical stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • System Analysis & Redesign : 3 years leading system analysis and redesign initiatives in healthcare.
  • EMR Implementation : 3 years of experience implementing or upgrading EMRs and electronic ordering functionality.
  • Transformational Projects : 5 years leading largescale organizational and service redesign projects.
  • Electronic Lab / Results Reporting : 1 year of experience implementing or operating electronic lab or medical results reporting solutions including system integration.
