As our Welding Estimator / Project Coordinator , you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our fabrication division. This position combines technical estimation with client-facing coordination, offering the chance to work across diverse projects, from custom builds to niche installations. You'll be the go-to expert for pricing, feasibility, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates based on technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and fabricators to clarify project scopes and timelines
• Provide technical insight and support throughout bidding and project execution
• Ensure all estimates align with current CWB standards and pricing models
• Track costs and assist in ongoing job costing and forecasting
