Main ResponsibilitiesOversee dining room service (gourmet restaurant, lounge bar) and ensure 5★ standards.Coordinate reservations and manage special requests (dietary requirements, birthdays, VIPs).Train and supervise servers on luxury protocols (French service, wine decanting).Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier team to create tailor-made experiences.Administrative and logistics management (supervise reservations and inventory management).
