Our Business Development and Marketing team is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in our Halifax NS office to support proposal development efforts across all CBCLs business sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with technical experts, marketing professionals, and senior proposal leadership to help position CBCL for success in a competitive marketplace.

In this collaborative and fast-paced role, you will play a key part in shaping compelling, client-focused proposals that highlight CBCLs expertise, capabilities, and value. Working alongside the Senior Proposal Coordinator, youll help deliver high-quality submissions that meet client requirements, align with our brand standards, and support our strategic growth objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and develop high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and CBCLs branding standards;
• Support proposal planning by developing schedules, assigning tasks, and managing deadlines to ensure timely and complete submissions;
• Collaborate with technical experts to gather, refine, and organize technical content, resumes, and project experience;
• Contribute to proposal strategy discussions, including go / no-go decisions, win themes, and key differentiators;
• Coordinate with creative resources to develop visuals, graphics, and layouts that enhance proposal quality and clarity;
• Oversee final proposal assembly and submission, including electronic uploads and printed deliverables; and
• Maintain proposal content libraries, track outcomes, and support continuous improvement of proposal tools, templates, and processes.
