Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of client projects across sectors ensuring delivery on time on budget and to quality standards
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients building strong trusted relationships
- Oversee project finances and support responsibilities within the PQMS framework
- Develop project plans timelines and scopes of work in collaboration with Project Directors and VPs
- Track project budgets resources and reporting requirements
- Facilitate internal coordination and cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Prepare reports presentations and deliverables that communicate progress and results
- Support proposal development scoping and business development activities as needed
- Anticipate challenges resolve roadblocks and keep projects on track
- Coach and support junior staff and contribute to a positive accountable team culture
Your Skills & Experience :
Proven experience managing projects in consulting agency government or professional services settingsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communicator; confident leading meetings and client conversationsSkilled in project management tools workflows and best practicesComfortable navigating complex multi-stakeholder environmentsCollaborative approach with the ability to align teams and keep work moving forwardSolid understanding of budgeting forecasting and project reportingWhat You Bring :
