District Operations Manager – Montreal

We are seeking a District Operations Manager located in Montreal who will report to the General Operations Manager. The role ensures the operational efficiency of corporate stores, compliance with NAPA’s customer service standards, achievement of financial goals, and support of the district’s sales development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve district goals such as gross margins, customer service levels, and ensure corporate stores comply with NAPA’s operating standards and procedures.
• Coordinate the implementation of strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate stores.
• Support store managers in budget development, performance monitoring, and report production.
