Job Overview:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and entering data into our systems with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across various platforms and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, or other software tools.

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.

  • Manage large volumes of data and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

  • Perform data cleaning and deduplication tasks as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data workflows.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

  • Assist with reporting and data analysis tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Location: Must be based in Canada.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus).

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

  • Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is an asset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).

  • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary remote work tools.
