Step-on Tour Guide

Job Window: Currently hiring for: 3 Shifts Per Week, July and August (Approx. 33 hours)

Position Overview

As a Step-on Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading tour groups of up to 36 passengers on a day tour of Niagara Falls. Along the way, you’ll provide engaging commentary about the area’s history and points of interest.

Daily Start & End

• Meet the bus in Downtown Toronto at 7:00 AM and return around 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, informative commentary about Toronto, Niagara Falls, and surrounding regions, and answer questions and ensure passengers are comfortable throughout the tour
• Route & Logistics Management: Coordinate pickups and communicate with passengers via text/call as needed, adapt to any changes or unexpected delays on the route
• Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to maintain a smooth, enjoyable tour experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• Energetic, positive, patient and responsible personality
• Fluent, Clear Spoken English, + other languages an asset
• Previous Tour Guide Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
• Professional References: At least one from a prior employer
