I’m currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing company located in St-Constant.

Mission

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee a dynamic team of mechanics and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance. Your leadership will drive preventive and corrective maintenance activities while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and support a team of industrial mechanics and external contractors.
• Plan, assign, and review weekly maintenance activities.
• Guarantee work quality, operational safety, and optimal efficiency.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure timely equipment repairs.
• Take part in major shutdowns and capital projects.
• Monitor maintenance performance and recommend improvements.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
• Mentor and develop apprentices and team members.
