Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized French Bilingual Accountant / Office Manager to support both our client's finance function and daily office operations. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with administrative leadership while working in a bilingual environment.
What You’ll Do
Accounting & Finance
- Manage daily revenue accounting and accounts receivable activities
- Perform monthly accounts receivable reconciliations
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and distribute daily operational and KPI reports
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual government filings
- Support external audits as required
- Communicate financial information and reporting in both French and English
Office Management & Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to promote efficiencyCoordinate and support internal meetings and company eventsAct as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and external partnersEnsure effective communication across departments and support organizational culture initiativesDraft correspondence and handle administrative tasks in both French and EnglishAdditional Responsibilities
Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the Senior ManagersTravel to service locations within GTA on a quarterly basisWhat You’ll Bring
Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferredProfessional bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal) – required2–3 years of experience in accounting and office administrationExperience working with ERP preferredStrong proficiency with MS Office applicationsExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing effectively as a team playerWhy Join Us
