What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Aviron, your mission is to build and scale the core platform that powers our AI agent solutions for enterprise clients. You will design and develop robust, scalable backend systems that enable seamless data integration and intelligent agentic workflows across our customers' organizations. This role involves translating real-world client challenges into scalable platform capabilities while maintaining enterprise-grade security and performance.

Join our team of experienced engineers, taking on some of our most complex technical challenges in building distributed AI systems. This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering.
