COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Hybrid in Office - Concord, ON

Key Accountabilities
- Manage a book of business by servicing all aspects of client accounts both new and existing
- Develop and maintain relationships with Company underwriters
- Manage inbound calls and provide consulting and advise clients on policy changes and process all additional paperwork
- Coordinate and support plans discussing arising issues in conjunction to creating comprehensive plans for existing clients in collaboration with Producers
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documents prior to the delivering to the client
- Prepare proposals and reviews for existing clients
- Manage account documentation including routine inquires, quotes, binders, statement of values, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
- Review client's current coverage and exposures, loss experienced and analyze risk to determine the product / service requirements best suited
- Maintain up-to-date TAM workflow documentation and ensure workflows are followed
- Scan and attach documents to Agency Manager
- Achieve performance metrics as set out by the Manager
- Participate actively in cross-selling campaigns and other initiatives as required
- Discuss any concerns or outstanding information with Underwriters
- Prepare comparison quotation on renewals where necessary in a timely manner
- Issue pink slip when needed in addition to completing miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts
- Develop an increased knowledge of related insurance products and client needs
- Provide back-up support to other Account Managers when required
- Participate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, team members and other departments
Key Attributes / Qualifications
Hold a valid and active RIBO License and working towards CIP or CAIB3-5 years of Commercial Insurance expertise in a brokerage settingStrong communication and presentation skillsClient development / relationship management experienceCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsHighly organized with attention to detailA self-starter willing to grow with the organizationProficient skills in Outlook, Word and The Agency Manager (TAM)Experienced candidates please call or text Danielle at 437-227-8719 .
