Your responsibilities
- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Support attorney through all stages of project work
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload
- Research and analysis of complex legal documents
Job Requirements :
- Solid understanding of Estate Law
- Proficiency in estate planning
- Expertise in Estate Firm
- Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
