My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment : temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a Payroll Technician for my client, a company on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.

Your main responsibilities :

• Process complete payroll
• Manage time entries and administrative data;
• Update personnel files (hiring, departures, changes);
• Administer leave, insurance and other group programs;
• Perform various tasks related to payments, declarations and deductions;
• Participate in month-end and year-end activities;
• Answer payroll-related questions and follow up with internal stakeholders;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of information;
