• Customer Engagement : Initiating conversations with clients to understand their needs, desires, and pain points; creating design solutions to exceed their concerns.
• Keen design : Adept at crafting designs aligning seamlessly with client's budgetary constraints.
• Sales Growth : Achieve and surpass sales targets. Identify new opportunities, converting leads into loyal customers.Your Rewards :

• References to 5 years minimum experience in exceeding sales targets for residential landscape projects of $100K+ each!
• Design portfolio of work - proposed designs and photos of completed projects
• Technology savvy – Experienced with CRMs, Aspire, social media; AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc
