Senior Project Manager

Hays has currently partnered with a renowned developer in the KWC region. They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with experience of managing high / mid-rise residential building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the projects, ranging from planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

This is a full-time, in-office role located in the KWC region , with frequent visits to job sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects
• Resource Allocation : Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
• Ensure that all project site activities comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards
