HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join its team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in documenting, analyzing, and improving the technical workflows that support live operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with hands-on experience across systems, networking, and operational environments.

This role is based in the Spring Valley area of Southwest Las Vegas, NV.

Schedule

Workers will begin on a standard day shift (Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM). The schedule will eventually transition to one of the following designated shifts based on business need :

Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM
Wednesday-Sunday, 5 : 30 PM-2 : 00 AM
Sunday-Thursday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM
Tuesday-Saturday, 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM

As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll :

Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.

Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering) to streamline workflows.

Draft clear process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.

Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong technical documentation and analytical capability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following technical domains : Windows workstation supportReal-time technical operationsAdvanced TCP / IP networkingCellular networksAWS cloud computingKubernetes

Preferred qualifications :

Experience in an operations center, NOC / SOC, or similar real-time 24 / 7 support setting

Familiarity with network monitoring tools, cloud-based diagnostics, or infrastructure automation

Comfortable collaborating with DevOps or infrastructure teams

5+ years of experience in at least two of the technical domains listed above

Work Environment :

This position is onsite at a secure facility in the Spring Valley area of Southwest Las Vegas

Must be able to pass background screening and comply with facility access requirements
