Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including : experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Join our dynamic Quebec Claims team as an Instructional Designer, Learning & Development! Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, you will drive the creation of training programs that support our Claims teams in Quebec . Your mission : analyze learner and organizational needs to design engaging and relevant continuous training for employees at all levels. You will use your project management skills to develop technical, operational, and interpersonal training.
What you'll do here :
Analyze partner needs to create tailored training solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to develop and update training programs.
Design, write, and storyboard interactive training content and assessments.
Integrate new learning trends into the design of effective learning tools.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication and close collaboration with stakeholders.
What you bring to the table :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in training management, educational technology, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar instructional design role.
Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, ideally in claims adjusting, is an asset.
Proven project management skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of Office 365, Articulate, and Adobe.
Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Autonomy, efficiency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
