Sales Consultant - Québec

Dectro International is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Québec team. If you're passionate about aesthetics, love to advise and interact with customers, this job is for you!

Since 1978, Dectro International has specialized in the design of cutting-edge equipment and products for the global permanent hair removal and aesthetics market. It also represents exclusive cosmetic lines such as Germaine de Capuccini from Spain, Bioline-Jatò from Italy, Stagecolor from Germany, SNB from Bulgaria and Action de Gala from Canada (Dectro brand). The products and equipment it manufactures are distributed in over 35 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Offer and sell our products to existing customers
• Prepare quotes, take orders, and handle invoicing
• Open new accounts with our cosmetic product lines and follow up on existing accounts
• Conduct telemarketing
• Make presentations and conduct sales at events/activities (conventions, schools, workshops)
• Create access to the online store for new customers
• Invoice internal repairs and POS deposits
• Assist existing sales team
• Other related tasks

Education and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experience
• Training in aesthetics or cosmetology
• Sales-related training or experience
• Ability to establish relationships with customers and work as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written
• Valid driving license and own a car; willing to visit customers on request

Conditions:

• Full-time, long-term employment; work schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 to 40 hours/week
• Weekends and/or evenings for special events
